DMCA Policy
DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy
OpenerLink ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been infringed upon by content on our site, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located. Please provide the URL(s) or other specific location(s) on OpenerLink where the infringing material is located.
- Your contact information. Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Submit Your DMCA Notice
You may submit your DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent at:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate action, including the removal of the allegedly infringing content from our website if necessary.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed in response to a false or mistaken DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the content that was removed and where it was located before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
OpenerLink reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
